Erica is a sensitive animist by nature, and as a child, this current iteration of humanity continuously clashed with her psyche. Tasked as cycle-breaker of generational addiction, a doorway to Spirit was found through the unseen guidance of her Métis lineage, firmly compelling her to traverse untended ancestral grief in order to heal and return to Truth.
 

Her journey has evolved from that deep call and into many studies over the years, healing layers of chronic illness and exploring deeper connections of Self. For the past decade she has studied Native American Wisdom Traditions from North + South America, somatic and energetic therapies as a Licensed Massage Therapist, and the psycho-spiritual modality of astrology. 
 

She owes her health and sanity to holy plants + animals and the wisdom traditions still thriving across the world at this time, living in service to The Great Mother and the evolution of consciousness.
